Music blogger David Bowling takes a long back at George Harrison's album "Cloud Nine" in this music review.
The album was produced by another of Roy and George's fellow Wilburys, Jeff Lynne, who had established himself as a solid producer on The Traveling Wilburys albums, among many others.
